The Reserved Channel Development is a 42 acre mixed use development on over 38 acres of Massport leased land and 3.8 acres owned by Pappas and Oxford Properties.
On July 7th, there will be a developer hosted Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) & Public MEPA Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) meeting for Phase 1 of the Master Plan at 6pm.

Reserved Channel Development - Block
A1 and A2- draft planned development area (PDA) was submitted to the
Boston Planning Department on June 15th The proposed PDA at 370 West First will
redevelop a portion of the project site into a mixed-use residential project
containing approximately 312,000 square feet of gross floor area, including
approximately 287 residential units, approximately 10,000 square feet of ground
level active uses, and indoor and outdoor amenity space.
