Fort Point Landmarks August 2020 Meeting Tonight

The FORT POINT CHANNEL LANDMARK DISTRICT COMMISSION will hold a public hearing on:

I.  Advisory Review

22 Boston Wharf Road/ Stillings Street.
Proposed work: Install public art.

44 Farnsworth Street.
Proposed work: Modify the ground level façade and construct a new entrance.

II. Administrative Review/ Approval: In order to expedite the review process, the commission has delegated the approval of certain work items, such as those involving ordinary maintenance and repair, restoration or replacement, or which otherwise have a minimal impact on a building’s appearance, to commission staff pending ratification at its monthly public hearing. Having been identified as meeting these eligibility criteria and all applicable guidelines, the following applications will be approved at this hearing:

APP # 21.0094 FPC  33/41 Farnsworth Street: At the Farnsworth Street façade, repoint masonry joints, repair precast cornice, recaulk windows, and select repainting.
