About The Neighborhood: Reserved Channel, Coffee with C-6, Landmarks & More

10/6: Boston Civic & Design Commission Monthly Meeting at 5pm. Agenda includes:

6:00 PM - 6:45 PM: RESERVED CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT, SOUTH BOSTON WATERFRONT Referred for final review and recommendation by the BCDC Design Subcommittee

10/7: Coffee with a C-6 at 12:30pm at Olga's Cafe at 206 W. Broadway. Meet with your C-6 Community Service Officers. Ask questions. Share concerns. Connect with your neighborhood officers. 


10/8: Fort Point Channel Landmark District Commission at 6pm.  Agenda includes 5 Necco,35 Thomson Pl, 263 Summer St (Boston Wharf Co sign) and 324 A Street (Celine restaurant).

10/13: Reserved Channel PDA Public Meeting | Bostonplans.org from 6pm to 8pm. 

  • The proposed PDA at 370 West First Street would bring approximately 287 residential units, 10,000 square feet of ground-floor active uses, and indoor and outdoor amenity space to a 1.97-acre portion of the Reserved Channel Development site. It does not include the additional 40 acres of land leased from Massport.
  • This development is tied to the proposed zoning amendments to Article 68.To learn more, view the September 22nd public meeting presentation and recording.

10/14: Gallery at 249A Opening Reception for The Artists of 249 A Street from 6pm to 8pm. The Gallery at 249A will also be open during Fort Point Open Studios (Friday, Oct 16th from 4pm to 7pm, Saturday, Oct. 17 and Sunday, October 18th from 12pm to 6pm), as well as Saturdays in October from noon to 5pm. 

10/16 - 10/18: 46th Annual Fort Point Open Studios is Friday from 4pm to 7pm (select studios), and Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 6pm. #BuyLocal #SupportArtists
