The Channelside request for information (RFI) is for potential operators who might be interested in occupying and programming the Civic/Cultural spaces and providing feedback on spatial configurations, size, use, and timing of the future Request for Proposals (RFP). View RFI.
Anyone interested in providing feedback on civic/cultural ground floor spaces for the site are welcome to attend. The ground floor spaces are mandated under the MA Public Waterfront Act, Chapter 91, Facilities of Public Accommodation.
Two other in-person events occurred in June. The RFI deadline has been extended to July 31, 2023.
The Mayor's Office of Arts and Culture (MOAC) will be managing the City's waterfront public civic and cultural RFP process once the City's Waterfront Civic/Cultural Space Planning Study and recommendations are completed sometime early next year.
