The FORT POINT CHANNEL LANDMARK DISTRICT COMMISSION will hold a public hearing on:

I.  DESIGN REVIEW HEARING

Applicant: T-C Fort Point Creative Exchange LLC

Proposed work: At the Farnsworth Street façade main entrance, construct new entry portal with new stone, storefront doors, and signage; and replace granite pavers with brick. 

APP # 21.0142 FPC   253 Summer Street (removed from agenda by staff)
Applicant: Synergy Financial LLC

Proposed work: At the entrance to the 27 Melcher Street lobby, re-clad non-historic brass entry doors, transom, and surround with dark grey metal casing.
