What Will Become Of The Channelside Parking Lot?

updated 9/9/20: Added 9/10 BPDA board meeting. Previous update included presentations and video links for public meetings hosted by the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA) to cover planned development of the parking lot along A Street and along the Fort Point Channel.

Related Beal (244 - 284 A Street) and National Development & Alexandria Real Estate Equities (15 Necco  & 5 Necco Street) have projects planned for the neighborhood adding 4 new buildings and including 2 historic buildings.
