I. DESIGN REVIEW HEARING
APP # 24.0068 FPC 253 SUMMER STREET
Applicant: Hazel Wood Hopkins
Proposed Work: Replace the face of the existing internally illuminated parallel wall sign with new.
II ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW/APPROVAL: In order to expedite the review process, the Commission has delegated the approval of certain work items, such as those involving ordinary maintenance and repair, restoration or replacement, or which otherwise have a minimal impact on a building’s appearance, to commission staff pending ratification at its monthly public hearing. Having been identified as meeting these eligibility criteria and all applicable guidelines, the following applications will be approved at this hearing:
APP # 24.0030 FPC 320 SUMMER STREET: Repoint masonry facade joints at the southwest facade in kind.
APP # 24.0087 FPC 244 - 284 A STREET: At A Street - existing east sidewalk to remain with exception of installation of new ADA ramps; new asphalt street; new striping for crosswalks, bike lanes, buffer zones and parking. At Necco Street - new raised street table on Necco Street between the new Fort Point Channel Park and new Necco Street Park.
