(1) rebut the Department's Presumptive Historic High Water mark and remove certain parcels within the existing Gillette campus, and to
(2) consolidate and thereby re-license a series of previously issued Waterways Licenses and Minor Project Modifications thereto for all existing duly authorized fill, structures, and uses located on Filled and Flowed Tidelands of the Fort Point Channel at 1 Gillette Park (Gillette Manufacturing Campus) in Boston.
