The official groundbreaking for "Boston Wharf Tower" at 319 A st. was last week. Nice to see a residential project being started. Hopefully there's a lot more to come.
In this short video the City of Boston posted, the developer talks about how it was "the creativity and entrepreneurship that's happening in the neighborhood" that attracted him to Fort Point:

million Boston Wharf Tower. “This project will help turn this
neighborhood into a vibrant, 24-hour mixed-use community.
