Sam's at Louis Open on Fan Pier
A new restaurant, Sam's, recently opened inside the new Louis Boston building on Fan Pier:
The local bounty of New England’s farms and artisans; the simplicity of an American Diner; the endless and timeless appeal of the French Bistro menu; and the warmth and welcoming spirit of our home.
It's being run by restaurateur and former Radius and Via Matta partner Esti Parsons, with her husband Drew. The chef is Ken Rogers, who has worked at Via Matta, Bina Osteria, and 88 Wharf.
Sam's has a large outdoor patio with views of the harbor.

60 Northern Avenue, Boston, MA 02110

Louis Boston Moving to Fan Pier

Louis Boston is moving to Fan Pier. The high-end retailer which has been on Berkeley and Newbury Streets in the Back Bay since 1988, has signed a 10 year lease. The build out is part of temporary retail buildings Fan Pier developer Joe Fallon had petitioned for the right to build in September. The 22,000 sf., two-story building will be located across from the ICA, where the 'Puma City' was built for this summer's Volvo Ocean Race events and will open this Spring.

The BBJ and the Globe have coverage:
