I.  DESIGN REVIEW HEARING

APP # 22.1102 FPC         343 CONGRESS STREET- withdrawn by staff
Applicant: Pamela Jagiello
Proposed work: Install new signage.

APP # 22.1154 FPC         44 THOMSON PLACE
Applicant: Ashlea Andrews
Proposed work: Install new signage.

II. Administrative Review: : In order to expedite the review process, the commission has delegated the approval of certain work items, such as those involving ordinary maintenance and repair, restoration or replacement, or which otherwise have a minimal impact on a building’s appearance, to commission staff pending ratification at its monthly public hearing. Having been identified as meeting these eligibility criteria and all applicable guidelines, the following applications will be approved at this hearing

Remove and replace steel channels, repair brick masonry, repoint, and paint steel to match existing.

Proposed Work: Design updates to previously approved rehabilitation of 5 and 6 Necco Street (formerly 5 and 6 Necco Court) including: Necco Court Bridge west elevation design updates;  Necco Court Bridge east elevation paint color; window treatment at the first two floors on Necco Court and Necco Street; level 6 design updates; exterior signage; exterior lighting; and outdoor furniture and landscape.
