Papa Gayo (formerly Pappa Gallo) had their soft launch last night and is going to be fully open next weekend. They're in the space at 283 Summer St. where Persephone/Achilles used to be.
The proponent, Legendary Restaurant Group, has requested a seven day all alcohol license for the establishment with a 2AM closing hour from the City of Boston Licensing Board. There will be a community meeting June 1st:
