The City Streets Team informed us that construction for A Street is tracking to plan and remains on target for completion by Memorial Day.
The new Melcher Street sidewalk is complete, and the sidewalk on the even-numbered side of A Street is being poured today. Check out those wider sidewalks and curbs.
The noisiest phase of the A Street construction project is scheduled for Monday, May 11th beginning at 7:00 PM.
During this work, A Street from Congress Street to Melcher Street will be ground down and milled in preparation for resurfacing.
