Tower at Anthony's Pier 4 site
The Herald reports that New England Development has agreed to purchase the current site of Anthony's Pier 4 from the Athanas family. The first of three development phases will be a 21 story luxury apartment tower.

New office/parking garage proposed for Channel Center
Commonwealth Ventures has filed plans to build an 11 story, 521,000-square-foot office building with an included parking garage. The tenant will be State Street. As part of the project, the developer is going to do two green spaces, one called Iron Park and another being referred to as New Park (the Globe article refers to them as "public parks", but I believe they will be partially controller by the developer).
