6/24: Fort Point Channel Landmark District applications under review at Boston Landmarks Commission Public Meeting at 4pm. More details. 

6/24: FPNA Neighborhood Gathering rescheduled to July 15th. Please save the date for a community conversation about the 31 acre P&G Gillette redevelopment project.

6/25: Boston Conservation Commission Public Hearing at 6pm

The Commission reviews projects to determine what conditions, if any, the Commission will impose in order to protect the interests of the public and private water supply, groundwater, prevention of pollution, flood control, prevention of storm damage, protection of fisheries and land containing shellfish, and protection of wildlife habitat. 

Members of the public may share public comments during the hearing. The Conservation Commission will also accept written testimony for agenda items via email at cc@boston.gov prior to the hearing. Written testimony should be submitted by Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at 3:30 p.m.

Neighborhood Agenda Item

Notice of Intent for DEP File No. 006-2046 and BOS File No. 2025-018 from Epsilon Associates, Inc. on behalf of Channelside Acquisitions, LLC for a proposed redevelopment project, including the construction of three (3) mixed-use buildings, a subsurface garage, and public open-space and harborwalk improvements along the Fort Point Channel at 244-284 A Street, South Boston Waterfront, MA (25 ft Waterfront Area, Coastal Bank, 100 ft Buffer to Coastal Bank, LSCSF).

6/27: Massport Free Outdoor Movie Night at the Plaza featuring Black Panther: Wakanda Forever at the World Trade Center Plaza (9 World Trade Ave). Raffle and games start at 6:30pm and the movie starts at 8pm.
