Summer of 2015 (July 7th – August 27th)
- 3 sessions per week (Tuesday thru Thursday)
- Additional unique opportunities on Fridays to be introduced to a variety of activities (spinning, yoga, boxing, etc.)
- Group 1: Ages 15-18 (7:30 am-9:00 am)
- Group 2: Ages 12-14 (9:00 am-10:00 am)
This unique program, led by South Boston resident Thomas Regan, will look to use fitness and nutrition as a means of instilling healthy lifestyles to the youth in South Boston. While focusing on everything from flexibility to nutrition to sport-specific weight training, each participant will improve not just physically but mentally as well.
